Effective date: 4 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Access may also be subject to church policies and instructions given by authorized church leadership.
2. Purpose of the application
The application supports church administration, including member and family records, ministries, attendance, events, communications, prayer requests, pastoral care, Sunday School operations, and authorized account management. It is not intended for emergency services, professional medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and verification codes confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Access is role-based and may be approved, changed, suspended, or removed by authorized administrators.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the application only for lawful and authorized church purposes. You must not access records without permission, misuse personal information, share confidential information improperly, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, or use the application for harassment, fraud, or unlawful activity.
5. Personal and sensitive information
Users with access to member, family, child, prayer, attendance, or pastoral-care information must handle it confidentially and only for their assigned responsibilities. Information obtained through the application must not be copied, exported, published, or shared unless authorized.
6. User-provided content
You are responsible for information you submit and must have appropriate permission to provide it. You grant the church permission to store and use submitted information as reasonably necessary to operate the application and conduct authorized church activities.
7. Third-party services
The application may use or link to third-party services, including Google authentication, Supabase, hosting providers, mapping, messaging, video, and email services. Their separate terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available access. Users should report errors or suspected security issues promptly.
9. Disclaimer and responsibility
The application is provided for church administration on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the church is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, service interruptions, third-party services, inaccurate information supplied by users, or events beyond reasonable control.
10. Termination
You may stop using the application at any time. Administrators may suspend or terminate access when an account is no longer required, these terms are violated, security is at risk, or church authorization is withdrawn. Relevant records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the application or church practices change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact zionprayerhallchurch@gmail.com.
