Vision for Vellore

As Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish”, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Paul is very particular in praying to our Lord and getting new visions and executes by the way He guides him. His ultimate aim is that all the people of Vellore district should be transformed during the second coming of Jesus, which is very nearer.

As Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”, let us wait in the Lord to reap this 5 Lack souls in his right time.

The vision set forth by our beloved pastor, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Paul, Ph.D., is both bold and inspiring. At the heart of this vision lies a deep desire to turn the people of Vellore towards Christ, guiding them into a transformative relationship with Him. With a population of approximately 50 lakh people in Vellore, Rev. Paul’s vision is to reach 1 soul out of every 10 individuals — aiming to touch the hearts of 5 lakh souls. This goal is not just a numerical target but a heartfelt mission to spread the love, grace, and hope of Christ to every corner of Vellore.

But Rev. Emmanuel’s vision extends even further. Recognizing that many areas, particularly in the rural regions of Vellore, lack access to churches, the vision also calls for the establishment of 100 churches in these underserved locations. These areas, where there are no existing places of worship, are often left without the opportunity to experience Christian fellowship and teachings. The plan is to bring the light of Christ to these areas, to build communities where people can gather, worship, and grow together in faith.

This bold initiative aims to create a network of churches that will serve not only as spiritual hubs but also as places where people can find support, education, and a sense of belonging. The construction of these churches in rural areas will help break down barriers, offering a space for those who may not have the resources or access to travel long distances to worship.
